CHECK IN 4:00PM~11:00PM, CHECK OUT before 11:00AM

Inform us in advance when you check in later than 9:00 PM

This is No Kids Zone for quiet and relaxing circumstance.

No smoking inside the flat.

Washed clean bedding, bathroom rug, towels are supplied every time new guests come, Just put out your used towels when you go out, clean towels will be served.

No candles and fire using tools.
-
No pets.

You should take responsibility when you damage or lost some items of the facilities.

The responsibility is on you when an accident happens because of your carelessness.

When you go out, make sure the door is locked. Even though we installed outside CC TV, we don’t take responsibility on robbery or loss of your valuables.

Beware of skidding. Wet floor can be slippery.

Cannot be fully free from insects because this is clean area. Please be aware before the reservation.

BBQ service is not available.

Extra trash bag is in the drawer under the microwave.

After 10;00 PM, do not make too much noise and no use washing machine.

No grilling of meat or fish inside. Too smelly food is forbidden for the next guests.

Please turn off air conditioner, heating system and lights when you go out.

When you check out, make sure finishing washing the dishes and sorting trash.

Be aware that when canceling a reservation, the amount of refunds will vary depending on the cancellation date.

100% refund - The cancellation of flight or boat because of natural disaster.
